Quality Management

We have established a qualified, lived, and monitored quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001 for many years, which includes all areas of the company and all processes.

All our quality assurance measures are embedded in our comprehensive quality management system according to DIN EN ISO 9001, which sets the framework for our quality-oriented work.
The basis of our data management and printing is the 'Process Standard Offset Printing' (PSO/ISO 12647-2). The PSO defines the standardized procedures for the production of printed matter.
Based on this, the production process is monitored, controlled, and checked from data preparation through plate copying (computer-to-plate) to finished printing using specified inspection tools and control methods.
The control and monitoring of production in the finishing process are carried out by mechanical and optical control systems (barcode readers).
All product characteristics (substrate, printing execution, processing, packaging, shipping instructions, etc.) are specified on a job-specific basis and supplemented with physical samples where necessary.
